Spend a full day crossing from Zakynthos to Kefalonia, then ride through mountain roads to Drogarati Cave, Melissani Lake, Agia Efimia, Myrtos Beach, and Argostoli. “This is a tour around Kefalonia. It contains lots of transportation, via ferry, bus and even more bus. It focuses on the sights, skipping swimming and beach-strolling. This must be understood. If you know this, you will have a wonderful time, like I did. I especially wanted to do it like this, as I have spent my other days on the beach and in the sea. No need to do it again here. For me the highlights were the visit to the monastery (I love beautiful churches) and Melissani lake (simply, it is magical), the rest was just bonus (do not miss the Kefalonian meat pie for lunch).
