“Good activity, did everything mentioned in the inclusions. Pick up and drop was smooth. No unnecessary delays. Boat was not crowed either. Place 1- snorkelling Place 2 -emerald cave (guide helps us in emerald cave to navigate Place 3 - snorkelling again (we were given fresh fruits before starting snorkelling) Place 4- beach - it’s lunch break here and last spot. You can have lunch and relax and play in water or spend time however you wish. There were 1-2 small shacks also. There was rice, noodles 1 non-veg curry, and 1 vegetable curry and coke for lunch. “The activity was amazing. All the money worth. An easy trip where the guides had everything planned. The pickup was good, the arrival at the Old Town pier easy and also with the national park fee. Then we boarded the boat where the guide welcomed us with water and we quickly took off. The guide told us shortly about the iterinary of the day, and prepared the sun deck in front to us. First stop the guide told us where to snorkel and he watched out to see where we were. Due to many other boats, he changed the plans so we would have a more private snorkelling experience. Then…”

“Elendig koordinering fra hovedkontoret. Turen min ble utsatt med en dag fordi de gjorde en feil med transport. Det var flaks at jeg hadde anledning dagen etterpå. Dagen etterpå ble jeg utrolig nok hentet, MEN fikk null informasjon om hvor jeg skulle gå og hvilken båt som var riktig. Satt meg på en båt, men om det var riktig aner jeg ikke. Jeg måtte fortelle kapteinen hvilken tir jeg hadde bestilt. Fikk en følelse av at det ikke var koordinert og riktig. Jeg hadde nok ikke blitt etterlyst om jeg ikke hadde dukket opp…….”

“Tour molto bello, e organizzato molto bene. Ptelievo kn hotel puntuale, il furgoncino era però molto sgangherato. Check in al porto veloce e molto ben organizzato. Barca veloce molto bella, con molti posti all'aperto a prua. Snorkeling piuttosto deludente, poca visibilità e niente coralli, solo rocce. Le soste sulle due isole molto belle, bagni in un mare spettacolare. Pranzo ok, grazie per aver preparato due box di cibo vegetariano per noi, non era un granchè, ma abbiamo apprezzato il gesto. Frutta in abbondanza a meranda, e acqua fresca a volontà sulla barca. Esoerienza nella grotta smeraldo molto suggestiva, la guida è stata molto attenta a trainare il gruppo al buio.…”

“Liian kiire joka paikassa ja liikaa ihmisiä. Opas epäselvästi kertoi ajan paikoissa. Snorglaus paikkassa ei mitään katsottavaa ja ihmisiä todellakin liian paljon. Vieri vieressä kymmeniä ihmisiä pienellä alueelle . Ja vielä opas unohti laskea porukat kun lähdettiin luola uinilta ja yksi asiakas jäi matkasta. kuski huomasi virheen ja äkkikäännös takaisin luolille. Mies löytyi luolien edestä ja onneksi oli pelastusliivit päällä, mutta paikalla oli enään kaksi pitkähäntävenettä. Todella huonoa asiakaspalvelua.”

“Ich möchte eins vorweg sagen. Ich gebe für diese Abzocke nicht GYG die Schuld aber ihr solltet euch erkundigen, mit wem ihr zusammenarbeitet. Wenn die Crew keine Lust hat, kommt genau so etwas dabei heraus. Jeder wusste, daß die Smaragdhöhle nur bei Ebbe frei ist. Wir sind bei Ebbe losgefahren. Aber anstatt gleich dorthin zu fahren, wurden erstmal 2 Schnorchel-Stopps (bestenfalls Durchschnitt) eingelegt und die Insel Koh Ngai (zauberter Strand und gutes Essen) besucht. Na ja, dann kam was alle befürchtet hatten. Uns wurde mitgeteilt, das die Höhle nun nicht mehr passierbar ist und ob wir nicht gleich wieder zurück möchten. Die Enttäuschung war groß, denn man wollte nicht einmal…”
