Had regular reminders from Viator about the trip but, after travelling for an hour to reach meeting point, paying 10 euros for parking and waiting for almost an hour in 36 degree heat the boat was a no show. I had read they can be a bit late so wasn’t immediately concerned but after 45 mins we called the tour operator to be told that he had rejected the booking as was full so should not…”
